ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL PERCUSSION


Position is only open to Australian citizens and permanent residents and New Zealand citizens.

Auditions to be held on Wednesday 18 April 2012. Applicants are required to be available for the whole day.

Sales Team Leader

We are currently searching for applicants with successful experience with inbound or outbound sales in a highly energised environment.  An interest in classical music, while by no means mandatory, is desirable. More important is your ability to grasp knowledge of the performing arts and articulate the value of our brand and product.
 
In return you can expect a fantastic place to work, good pay rates and an incentive structure that rewards excellent performance.
 
The role will include:

  • Managing the day to day operations of a team of part time outbound sales consultants for our subscriptions campaign.
  • Undertaking sales duties with outbound sales consultants to achieve volume and drive relationships and sales among target groups.
  • Actively build loyal patronage to QSO performances via subscription purchases and commercial relationships.

 
This is a full time fixed term position. Only applicants who are able to work 12pm to 8pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday mornings need apply.

Outbound Sales Consultants

QSO is looking for part time outbound sales people to help promote upcoming performances and our 2012 season!  We need experienced, friendly sales people, with a love of the performing arts and an appreciation of music to join our amazing team.

To be successful in your application you must be able to work 20 hours per week 4-8pm Tuesday to Friday and Saturdays 10-2pm for a period of at least 5 weeks commencing August.

Ideally you will have telephone experience with inbound or outbound sales in a highly energised environment. Also, an interest in classical music is highly desirable. In return you can expect a fantastic place to work, good pay rates and an incentive structure that rewards excellent performance.
