Terms and Conditions
Vouchers must be redeemed in person at QTIX and within 12 months of purchase. Vouchers are only available for Queensland Symphony Orchestra concerts ticketed by QTIX. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for tickets already purchased. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. A voucher will be reissued for vouchers partly redeemed. No responsibility is assumed where tickets are not used for the specific performance requested.
