#Celebrating 40 years of Opera Queensland
Ten principal artists, a mighty 60-strong Opera Queensland Chorus, the Queensland Symphony Orchestra and a choir of young singers from Yeronga State High School, are gathering to celebrate 40 years of Opera Queensland and launch our 2021 season.
Hosted by Jason Barry-Smith, the evening features the beautiful voices of José Carbó, Eva Kong, Samuel Piper, Xenia Puskarz Thomas, Hayley Sugars, Sofia Troncoso and Kang Wang working with maestro Dane Lam to bring you some of the greatest music from our favourite operas.
Our highly anticipated 2021 Season will be launched on the night by Opera Queensland’s Artistic Director & CEO, Patrick Nolan, with 2021 subscriptions available to purchase online following the concert.
