#The Young Instrumentalist Prize is a competition for exceptional Queensland secondary school instrumentalists.
Six finalists have been selected by a panel of Queensland Symphony Orchestra musicians and staff from an audition process.
Each finalist will perform in the Finalists’ Recital, where an overall winner will be chosen.
All finalists receive cash and mentoring prizes, and the winner will record their performance work with the Orchestra.
