Prepare yourself for an emotional journey as the 2018 Artist-in-Residence and Queensland Symphony Orchestra perform three pieces that transport you from low to high and everywhere in between.

A beautiful flute solo introduces Debussy’s groundbreaking piece full of non-western scales and slippery harmonies that leave you feeling relaxed and dreamy.

Then, be sharply awakened by Ginastera’s Concerto – a complete firecracker that takes us on a voyage of extremes covering everything from the pastoral to a pounding, percussive finale.

Finally, we hear Brahms’ Fourth, a monumental symphony.
