Richard Madden

Richard Madden has been hanging around Brisbane for 40 years as a trumpet player and pest.

Playing the trumpet and brass is a family business and attending a very fine music school meant Richard could gain great experience while not having to practice much during these formative years.

While developing his often criticised performance craft in Brisbane, Richard has grown fond of telling young up and coming trumpet players what they are doing wrong, annoying them and from time to time give encouragement.

Richards’ hobbies include sitting down, watching sport and some golf (a mixture of both). While his wife and daughter find this lazy his son does not.
